Can I cancel/amend my order once it’s been placed?
Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once placed unless otherwise in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. Please ensure that you verify your information, item(s) and respective quantities before placing an order.
What is your order processing time?
Our order processing time is 1-3 business days.
Domestic orders within Seychelles – You will be contacted by text or phone call to inform you when your order is ready for delivery.
International orders – You will be contacted by email to confirm when your order has been shipped and provided with a tracking number.
Where do you deliver in Seychelles?
We deliver to Mahe, Praslin and La Digue. Please ensure that you select the correct region and shipping rate at checkout.
If you would like delivery to other islands, please send us an email or message with your request.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide. You will be able to choose this option at checkout. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery information before you place an order. We do not ship to Ukraine and Russia at this time.
You may be subject to customs duties,taxes or fees on your package in your country. Please note that Aimée Swim is not responsible nor liable for any of these fees. Please familiarise yourself with the relevant regulations in your country before placing an order.
Aimée Swim is not responsible for any holding delay by customs of your package. Should you refuse an Aimée Swim shipment for any reason, you may still be liable for any duties,taxes or fees that are incurred on the package.
All international orders are final sale. We cannot accept any requests for refund or exchange from international at this point in time.

What are the shipping times?
All international orders are sent via international tracked and signed mail. The estimated shipping time is 5-14 business days. You can track your order with the tracking number and link provided in the shipping confirmation email.
Available Payment Methods?
Domestic Orders (Seychelles only):
We offer two payment methods which you can select at checkout, direct bank transfer and card payments.
You can make payments directly into our bank account. Our bank account details are provided when placing an order.
Card payments can be made with any major credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Visa Electron). The payment processing is facilitated by CyberSource, a reputed payment service provider with support provided by Absa Bank (Seychelles) Ltd. The website is encrypted and all payment details are private.

Prices of products are expressed in Seychelles Rupees (SCR/RS) and may be chargeable in your applicable currency on the basis of a daily conversion via your applicable bank and/or card issuer. If you would like to know the estimated equivalence of the prices in your currency before placing an order, this can be facilitated by a quick google search!
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
Do you offer returns or exchanges for international orders?
All international orders are final sale. We cannot accept any requests for returns or exchange from international orders at this point in time.
How do I make a return?
- To submit a return, please send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org or submit a request here. The item(s) must be returned within 7 calendar days after the date on which you have received your order. Returns are only available for domestic orders within Seychelles.Requests for returns or exchanges once the aove timeframe has lapsed will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Package all returnable items with the labels, tags, hygiene liners still attached in the original packaging.
- Complete the returns form included with your order.
- Upon receipt of your request, we will send you an email within 48 hours with further instructions.
What fabric is Aimée Swim created with?
Our swimwear, including the lining, are created with high quality REPREVE® fabric made from 100% recycled materials, including post-consumer plastic bottles and pre-consumer waste with a composition of 78% Recycled Polyamide 22% Spandex.
With love and care, your Aimée Swim will last you summer after summer!
How do I wash my swimwear?
Hand wash individually with care in cold soapy water. We recommend you wash your garments as soon as you get home or to your hotel after a fun day in the sun.
Do not machine wash. Do not iron. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean.
When drying your Aimée Swim, hang dry and keep out of direct sunlight.
Take care when applying sunscreens or oils as it may transfer on the swimwear.
Please follow our care instructions so your swimwear can last for many summers.
Be mindful of contact with rough surfaces such as rocks as it may damage your swimwear.
