Returns and Exchanges Policy

We hope you love your Aimée Swim order! In case you wish to made a return, please follow the instructions below. Requests for returns are only available for domestic orders placed within Seychelles. 

We will happily accept returns on full priced items provided that the items are unworn, undamaged and all labels and tags are attached and hygiene liners are still in place. The item(s) should be returned  in the same condition that it was delivered to you including the original packaging. We will not accept items that are worn, damaged (marks, stained, ripped etc.) and the labels, tag and hygiene liners are no longer in place or attached to the swimwear.

 We reserve the right to refuse requests for returns if we determine at our sole discretion that the items do not meet our return conditions.

When you receive your Aimée Swim order:

  • Try on the garments over underwear for hygiene purposes.
  • Do not remove any tags and labels and hygiene liners until you are happy with the fit.
  • If there are unwanted items, please ensure that the above conditions are met and submit a request for a return.

HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN  REQUEST

  • To submit a return, please submit a request on our returns page here. The item(s) must be returned within 7 calendar days after the date on which you have received your order. Requests for returns beyond the above timeframe will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • Package all returnable items with the labels, tags hygiene liners still attached in the original packaging
  • Complete the returns form received with your order.
  • Upon receipt of your request, we will send you an email within 2 business days with further instructions.

RETURNS

Returns will be processed within 1-3 business days from the date that the returned item  is received by us. Once we receive the item, we will inspect and send you an email to advise on whether your request has been approved.

Subject to approval, returns are eligible for a full refund to the original purchasers payment method on the item purchase price excluding shipping costs .Processing of the payment may take up to a further 1-3 business days. Please contact your bank for further information on respective processing times.

Shipping fees are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

Requests which have not been approved may result in the item being  sent back to the customer without a refund at our own shipping cost and sole discretion. We will send you an email following our inspection of the returned item to inform you.

EXCHANGES

Due to fluctuating stock levels, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like another size, please return the unwanted item for a full refund and place a new order.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION DISCOUNT OFFER

Items purchased with the above offer are eligible for returns on the item only  provided that the return conditions are met and the requests are approved.Shipping fees are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

FINAL SALE

Sale items are final sale. Requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted. This includes sale items purchased with an additional coupon code.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are final sale. We cannot accept any requests for returns or exchanges from international orders at this point in time.
